It is dedicated to keeping up the standards in excellence comes under the big four auditor firms and one of among the worlds largest advisory company. Deloitte has become a global brand with employment of about 170,000 employees across more than 150 countries. Ranked as the third biggest consulting company in the world, it cooperates with selected partners to deliver the best strategy and solutions in IT, finance, strategy to their clients and maximize shareholders value. The main competitors of Deloitte are PWC International ltd., KPMG LLP, Earnst Young LLP. Information on the vacant position Job profile Will be accountable and responsible for managing all operational activities related to the various activities of the entire Financial auditing process for the different operational geographies of the Deloitte Group. Provide support to multiple functional and techno-functional issues across organizational hierarchy. Responsible for various manual and automatic testing and migration activities/initiatives. SWOT Analysis SWOT analysis is the tool of identifying the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of in individual person or of an organization or a business venture. It is a basic and straightforward model which assesses what an entity can do and what it cannot do, as well as the potential opportunities and threats associated with it. The method involves taking relevant information from environment analysis and separates them into internal and external issues. A SWOT analysis of the graduate student has been done to illustrate strengths and weaknesses for the prospective job. The analysis has been done keeping in mind the job profile and the requirements associated with it (Holland, 2012). Strengths Time management: He has always completed assignments in a timely manner and have always succeeded in meeting the deadline for the project. Internship experience: One of the greatest strengths is his summer internship experience with PWC. Since this company is a major competitor of the Deloitte, his experience can give several benefits to Deloitte. His six months experience with the company enhanced is knowledge and confidence in the specific area. Communication: Have demonstrated exceptional written, verbal and public communication during presentation, conversations and written memos(Laakmann, 2011). Technology: He is highly knowledgeable with computers and technologies associated with it. He can easily understand and apply new software. MS office Excel: He has developed good knowledge and comfort on the specialized functions on excel while working on several projects. This will make data handling much easier for him (Morrison, 1995). Weaknesses Impatient: The freshly graduated student lacks patience. He tends to get annoyed when things are going slow and incorrect. Lack of professional experience: Although he has had an internship experience with a big multinational, he has no experience otherwise. This might prove to be a challenge in working with experienced professionals(Sparrow, 2006). Opportunities He is good with taking feedback and criticism from seniors and knowledgeable professional. He considers them to be a learning experience. He has proved his skills in communicate on during campus interviews and job fairs. Since he is a fresh graduate ready to work under any working conditions and with less pay, he can be of high potential to companies (Stone, 2011). Threats The economy is not yet completely recovered from the recession phase. Hence, there will be few hiring which will increase competition during interviews. His theoretical knowledge on operation management and auditing might not come to any use in the practical world. 3. It had done in your graduation time or the time of academic year. By doing the self- assessment test and doing some assignment by own. Leadership skills If you have low confidence level and You are not good with communication and monitoring (Kneale, 2007). You need to improve this skill to become good leader and delegate the things in a right way. Make volunteer for the team project and help to contribute your views. This job is suitable for the graduate student because first of all he has been educated in one of the B schools and he possesses all the requisite educational qualifications required for the job. His projects have consistently been the best among his fellow students and he has also been awarded as the project star for his outstanding practical work in an Operational Management project. He has developed expert knowledge in the area of Operation Management and became an SME (subject matter expert) for the same. He has always participated in seminars and social events conducted in the colleges which has greatly enhanced his communication skills. He is also good in working as a ream member and gets along well whenever he is assigned to a group. He is good in inter personal communication as well as in public speaking. He was ranked amongst the top ten ranked students after successful completion of his MBA course; and he was awarded with a scholarship for the same. He then had done his summer internship with PWC for a period of six months. Although, the duration of work at PWC was quite short, he still managed to understand and learn lots from the work which includes current rules and regulations pertaining to audit practices, the different steps involved in doing an audit, the checks that were done to ensure correctness of the analysis done. At last it can be said that the profile of this student completely aligns with the requirement of the company. Hiring him for the available job will not only benefit him, but it will also benefit the Deloitte, as he will be able make positive contributions for the company with his past achievements and experience(Yeung, 2011).
